"1st, when we arrived 30 minutes early and let them know we had an Opentable reservation, the greeter said they were not honoring Opentable reservations that night. There were tables available, so we were seated anyway. The waiter then told us the manager that oversaw the Opentable reservations was not there that night so they had no way to monitor them... so we started out less than great. After getting our food, they really didn't bother to check on us until time to order desert. That's ok though cause they were out of desert anyway.... so we ordered coffee drinks... oops they said they didn't make coffee for dinner menu (an Italian restaurant that makes coffee for other times of day but doesn't offer coffee, expresso, cappuccino, etc for evening meals). The hotel was quite nice, but would not stay there (Westin, St. Louis) again because of the restaurant."
