"I went into Vocelli to get a simple drink. The man who approached me came to me the counter asking if I was picking up. I replied no and stated I only wanted a drink. I went to go reach for my card he replied that it was a minimum of $10. I’ve been here multiple times over the past year to get the same drink, and have never had an issue. The man said he was “the owner” he makes the rules. Well “Owner” if that is true and you make the rules, make a clear sign. No one rarely has cash a anymore.
