The Taiwanese beef soup was a 3.5/5 for me. It lacked flavor and could have benefited from additional spices. The beef wasn't as tender or easy to break apart compared to what I’ve had elsewhere.
As for the pork soup dumplings, they had very little broth inside, and some of them had holes, which made me think they might have burst during cooking (there wasn't much liquid in the container). The pork filling was tasty, though, so I’d rate it 3.5/5.
The scallion pancakes were good but not as crispy as I would have liked, earning a 4/5.
The pan-fried pork dumplings were the highlight of the meal. They were flavorful with a nice crispy exterior, so I’d give them a 5/5.
On a side note, they provided hoisin sauce as one of the dipping options, while the other was a mixture of vinegar and soy sauce. Unfortunately, the vinegar was overwhelming and way too acidic, so that one would get a 1/5."
