"I don't like to make bad reviews and I rarely ever have. However, I was really disappointed today. Our company has ordered from here before and the customer service was great. The lady that took care of previously was super sweet and efficient and we had no issues with our order. Today they left one of the meals off the order and we had to drive back to get it. Then one of the wraps had black olives on it after requesting to not have them. We also received another incorrect wrap. It was supposed to be Buffalo chicken, we aren't sure what it was that we got. When I called to let them know of the extra errors, I was further disappointed with the response. I work in customer service and make it a point to be friendly as well as extremely apologetic if we mess something up for a customer and then we try to go above and beyond to fix it. The tone of voice was not friendly. I was asked if we wanted to drive back over there for a third time. Which would have then equaled an hours worth of driving. This was our company lunch break. So that was not feasible. We were not offered any kind of comp much less a real apology. I clearly annoyed the manager with my call. We won't be ordering from there again, unfortunately."
