"The food always tastes great but lately you never know if you'll get what you ordered. Every time I have ordered in the past 6 months something is missing in my bag or in my bowl. It gets tiring to keep calling the store about it. Today I ordered BBQ Ranch chicken bowl removed tomatoes and added parmesan crisp. I was missing 4 of the ingredients from my bowl. no parmesan crisp, tortilla strips, basil, or cilantro. I even added special instructions asking them to double check my order. I may have to take a break from here until they can get it together. I understand a price increase but not when my order is never correct. Please spend extra time training employees to read what is on the order."

"I have been coming to this restaurant for about 4-5 months now, and it has become my favorite place to eat out in Peoria. I have tried a variety of menu items, with my favorite being the Southwest Grilled Chicken Bowl, and I have been impressed with all of them. I have never regretted any item I have ordered here! Eating healthily can be challenging, so finding a restaurant that makes it easy with delicious food is a big win for me. The portion sizes are generous, and I always feel satisfied after eating one of their large bowls. The service is always excellent and attentive, with staff making sure my order is exactly how I want it. I am thrilled to have discovered this place!"

"I love core life, until it comes to the mobile pick up orders. I ordered my food today at 11:12 and it said it would be ready by 11:28. Got there at 11:30, went in, nothing was ready, and there were over 10 people waiting for their food. Then I watched themanager yell at one of the younger workers (looked like she was in high school) to which she made her cry. Also said she wasgoing to “shut down mobile orders if no one organized them”. 12 o'clock still no food. Finally got the food around 12:10 andthe picture I attached was what they gave me, I then had to go back in because it was missing half the items. The second picturewas how it looked after I went back in. I'm extremely disappointed with my experiences at this location. I understand they arebusy but this was just crazy."

"Food was great but this was my second time here with my wife and the service was awful. Extremely rude people work here. Act annoyed at everything. We simply asked for some broth in our bowl and the girl here was so annoyed about the fact that she hadto switch our bowl to a plastic one. After she threw out food in my original bowl she said you’re getting less food now justso you know. You have to let us know about the broth before. And we made it clear earlier that we haven’t made our own bowlhere before. The rudeness and fact she threw out perfectly good food was unsettling. Doesn’t make you want to come back."
