"I'm sorry to say that this place has really gone down. I don't eat here often because I feel you have a better value at Chipotle. A few nights ago, I tried again. The amount of food you get has become smaller. They were from Pita-Brot and didn't say anything. The plastic cup was so cheap and flimsy. When I had ordered to come out, I asked for a lid (why would I have to ask for it). The only covers they don't fit in the cup. I had to go home, hoping not to spill my soda. Bright side? The brownies are still delicious. I'm sure I'm not going to visit this place for a long time. Customer service is a real thing. I can understand a lack of supplies, but welcome your customers with a pleasant and real smile is free. Considering that you have challenges and cannot provide the elements of normal meal is something that could be explained.
