"My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant since it first opened over ten years ago, and we always receive a warm welcome from the staff. The service is consistently outstanding, and the food is delicious. The pulled pork sandwich is particularly tasty, with the meat smoked right on the premises. Breakfast is fantastic, offering everything from an excellent breakfast burrito to a hearty veggie hash. One of the most surprising dishes on the menu is the Matzo Ball soup—it’s simply amazing. This place is definitely a gem in the neighborhood!"

"Just wow. This place really hit the stop. The food was so great. Went here on a whim and I am so glad. Was able to try so many different items on their menu and they were all so good. The tacos, sopes, enchiladas, chile relleno and nachos is what we had. There was so much food we were able to make it into a second meal later. The dessert was a great way to end our meal. Cold ice cream with some fresh churros. Our waitress Vanessa was really friendly and even took us to the back patio area to give us a mini tour. Definitely looked to have that nightlife vibe back there. We will definitely be coming back!! Thanks Vanessa"

"Poor service. Others that ordered after us got there food before us. And when the waitress came over she was snobby. My burger was cold n I was still waiting on chili fries. She took burger back and heated in micro wave. Brought back n chilifries still didn't show up. So when I asked. She got up set. I watched her put them in microwave. Then she brought them. Them was the worse lookn chili fries I have ever seen. The bottom of plate had water. 1/4 deep. I didn't eat neither myburger or fries. I left it on the table. I was so so disappointed. And I like to give the small mom n pops places a try. I'm sure it was just the service. And not the place. But still I paid almost $30 for my plate.and my lady's breakfastburrito. Wich she said never again. I didn't even want to give it any stars. But I had to in order to leave thiscomment. Hope u read. N it doesn't happen to u."

"My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I ordered a carne asada super burrito with sauce and received a chicken burrito with no sauce, which tasted very strange. I also ordered a combo plate with 1 taco and 2 enchiladas, but instead received 4 tacos with no sides. The tacos were dry and flavorless, and the burrito had a funky, spoiled taste."

"First time hubby and I ate here was 5 or so years ago. At the time the food was ok, but nothing to get excited about. However, we have a rule to try a place twice before marking it off our list. Two years ago, after remodeling, etc. we decided to try it again and used DD to deliver it. WOW, a total transformation from the first experience, this is now my GO TO mexican restaurant, LOVE LOVE LOVE the food. Husband wont order anything other than the Burrito Grande, he loves it and it is large enough for at least 2 meals. I struggle with what to order because I love the Carnitas SO MUCH, then there is the Nacho Grande (can you say die and gone to heaven? Then the Tacos, YUM. If you have not tried this place you REALLY SHOULD. Food arrives excellent, hot, and they give you two different salsas for the chips!"

"Similar to other Alberto's and Filberto's locations, the menu here is quite familiar. On the night I visited, I ordered the rolled tacos. What set this Mexican eatery apart was the generous portion of cheese and guacamole on top, compared to other local restaurants. While the taquitos themselves were smaller and not as flavorful as at other places, the abundance of toppings more than compensates for that shortcoming. Additionally, the cashier was very pleasant and had a great attitude, which added to the positive experience."

"The gentleman managing the takeout and drive-thru, who has worked there for a couple of years, really leaves much to be desired. His customer service skills are nonexistent, and he seems to struggle with basic conflict resolution. Honestly, it felt like he could barely manage to prepare a hot burrito. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru for three chicken rolled tacos, I felt compelled to mention the delay, especially since I hadn’t received so much as an apology for the wait. The response I got was, “There are other places around, like Roberto’s and Filipito’s.” It’s disappointing to think that if you’re looking for decent Mexican food during a short lunch break, you might want to consider going somewhere else instead of putting up with this service. At least the rolled tacos were warm."

"Worst customer service ever. They got our order wrong and as it was after 10:00 PM, we did not want to drive back and get correct item. They would not allow us to go the next day to get the correct item. They said we were out of luck and that was that even though it was their error. I emailed them and recieved no response. This is the 2nd time they made a mistake and were treated poorly. Very poor managerial skills and no effort to assist."

"Over the last couple years this place has gone down hill. I was 2nd in line at the drive thru and it still took me 25 minutes for 3 street tacos. 2 weeks ago I flat out left the line because it was taking way too long to get my food. "I'm depressed after I've just eaten here. I felt like I just had some dry food. The beans were pasty, almost as they were dried and had added water to them. The rice was lifeless, and they forgot to put guacamole on my carne asada burrito. The Burrito was too salty. With so many other good decisions it is easy to stay away from this place."
