As a local business owner, it’s crucial to cater to your customers, especially those who are helping support your business. Given the current economic climate, it’s especially challenging for local establishments to compete with larger chain restaurants. The way the owner treated me has not only lost her business from me but also from all my guests who were there, as well as others we spoke to in the parking lot. A local business owner should strive to provide better customer service. A simple apology would have gone a long way and would have been appreciated."
