"The lack of customer service is just simply unbelievable! Placed an order online for 14 empanas (7 regular price plus 7 half priced based) for my sons soccer team. Upon arrival, I only received 7. Took the manager on duty 20 minutes to review the order,because on his mind the math didn?t add up. 20 freaking minutes!!!! When he realized the order was correct, he decided to putthe order in for the missing 7 and was told it was going to be a while?. At you kidding me!? As a business owner myself, howabout being proactive and calling in the order while you sort it out with the customer for 20min. I was already running late atthis point and left 7 empanadas short?. Half the soccer team won?t be able to eat."
