"We ordered two meals that totaled $24, and with my husband's margarita, the bill came to $42. While I'm not usually one to complain about prices, I felt overcharged for the quality of the food. My husband's meal arrived well before mine, so we were unable to eat together. I typically don't write reviews unless they are exceptional, but this experience truly shocked me. We used to visit often when it was called Salsitas, and the change in name or ownership is glaringly evident.
Our first hint should have been the empty parking lot and restaurant, along with the waitstaff sitting at the bar when we entered. There was also a noticeable language barrier, as the waitress seemed unable to understand my requests and simply replied "yes" without following through. It's been a while since I've had such a terrible dining experience, but this one takes the prize. After just two bites, I boxed up the food and tossed it when I got home. On the bright side, my husband's dish was better than mine. I’m honestly surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down."
