"The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and the food was good. However, I've had much better experiences there in the past. I always order the same thing, but the quality of the sandwich hasn't been as good during my recent visits, which is why I'm giving it a 4-star rating. I really love their onion rings, and my family enjoys their fries. I appreciate that they use ice cream from a local family dairy for their desserts and shakes, but unfortunately, we didn't enjoy the flavors of the two we tried. The shake tasted freezer-burned, even though it came from a relatively new carton, and the Superman flavor was quite different from what we expected."
