"The freshly sliced meat and fresh vegetables create an exceptional sandwich. During my last visit, however, the person at the register seemed a bit short-tempered when I presented my free cookie coupon. On my previous visit, I almost got charged extra because the sandwich was rung up incorrectly, but I managed to get it sorted out. The sandwiches deserve five stars, but I’ll take off one star for the staff's attitude."
