"After waiting an hour and 40 minutes, we decided to go in and check on our order. Just as we arrived, they brought our food out. When we asked how long it had been sitting there, the staff member seemed unsure and said they would check. Then, the manager, Amy, came out and was quite rude, stating that they don’t actually call customers when their food is ready, despite having offered that service when we ordered. She did say she could remake our subs, which we wanted because the bread was soggy, but then informed us it would take another 20 minutes on top of our already lengthy wait due to other orders. It was frustrating that our order, which they had messed up, wasn’t being prioritized.
By the time we finally got to eat, it was 8 PM, and we had to settle for cold breadsticks and soggy subs because it was too late to order from anywhere else.
I would advise future customers not to bother ordering from here. The staff were rude, and although they claimed they were willing to fix our order, they consistently tried to dissuade us from having them remake it. When we insisted, we received more attitude and an even longer wait time. There are many other places with better food and customer service, which genuinely prioritize their customers and resolve issues promptly. Amy was particularly unpleasant, and because of this experience, I will definitely not be returning."
