"After receiving our order and the bill, we were taken aback to see that a significant tip had been automatically added, which was nearly the cost of another entrée for takeout. We inquired about this new policy, as we had previously tipped at our discretion. We learned that now all dinner entrées come with a mandatory 20% tip included, no matter if we were dining in or ordering takeout.
It's astonishing how much can change in just a year. We’ve decided not to return, as there are plenty of other restaurants that offer much better service. While we are always willing to tip, we refuse to part with our hard-earned money under these circumstances."
