"However, the waitress was very polite, which was a pleasant surprise, as I had anticipated someone more typical of a casual restaurant atmosphere. Once I tried the food, it arrived hot and ready to eat, with rice served as a side.
I have a few suggestions for improvement. The interior lacks Cajun decor or Southern flair, which would have enriched the experience. Using parchment paper on the tables could help keep dishes hot, rather than serving them on a heat-resistant tray. Serving food in a plastic bag on a tray and then removing the tray would also enhance the presentation. Halfway through the meal, the food had cooled down, becoming far less appetizing.
Additionally, the clams were quite small, resembling baby clams rather than more mature ones. Having traveled extensively in Europe, Africa, and South America, I’ve seen various restaurants and learned what delivers the best results.
Of course, these are just suggestions. I wasn't overly impressed with the other offerings either, as the scallops were rubbery and undercooked. Overall, my experience at your restaurant was certainly unique, but there is room for improvement."
