"I've been visiting this place for years, but now I feel like they've crossed a line. The atmosphere has lost its charm, and even if you’re selling hotdogs, at least do it with some style. Can we please return to using actual plates? I don't want to speak negatively about the daytime bartender, as I think she's lovely in her own way, but perhaps it's time for her to retire. That's just my opinion. Unfortunately, the quality here has really declined. I waited two hours for crabs, only to see them constantly being served to others while I was seemingly ignored. When it was finally my turn, I was given a dish that wasn't even what I ordered, and it felt like I was being told to take it or leave it. So, I left it. I pride myself on being a patient and understanding person, but if I can be pushed to this point, there really is a problem here."
