"This is the first and only Chinese restaurant in Florida that has truly impressed me since I moved here from Boston. I've sampled various places from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando, but this restaurant stands out as the most authentic and of the highest quality by a significant margin. The cuts of meat they use reflect traditional cooking methods, so some dishes may have bones, which is typical in Asian cuisine. The most outstanding aspect of the dishes I tried was the subtle smoky flavor, known as wok hei, which comes from cooking in a scorching hot wok. Unfortunately, it's a bit far from my home, but I plan to dine here whenever I’m in the area. The prices are quite reasonable considering the portion sizes— a $15 dish can easily serve 2 to 3 people."
