"Food was delicious, especially the signature dishes like Hainanese chicken, BBQ pork. However, the service was at most so so probably because it was understaffed. When we were seated, the sofa and chairs were dirty. We were not given enough menus, and no one bothered to check if we needed more. Food came late, we and other customers who got seated around similar time were “eating” water for at least 15 minutes. We wanted to do family style, and had to ask for bowls and spoons separately twice. The staff were nice but seemed inexperienced. What made it worse was the default 18% gratuity that forced us to endorse the service. I may consider to give it a second chance for takeouts. The service will be the Achille’s hill of the restaurant, very disappointing and below the bar."
