"My girlfriend and I have been to many Xin Fu Tang locations and the flushing location countless times. Today we ordered oolong boba milk tea and a taro boba milk tea but both were made wrong. They mixed up the tea base so that the taro drink had oolong tea (very distinct taste) and the oolong boba milk tea used regular boba milk tea instead of oolong. No big deal, we went back inside after a few sips to confirm, explained, and asked for them to remake it. An older lady at the boba making station was not hearing us, complaining back and forth with us how it can’t be wrong. Mind you, another customer was complaining about a wrong order right before we got our original drinks. We’ve had these drinks countless times and know what it tastes like. We calmly told her that we’re just looking to get it remade because it’s obviously not right. One of the younger employees stood up for us and told the sassy old lady that they should just remake it knowing we’ve had these drinks countless times and know what it should taste like. The sassy old lady eventually remade our drinks after making a spectacle of herself, and what do you know? She got it right this time! Never had so much attitude from an old lady who couldn’t just own up to her mistake. Shoutout to the younger employee tho."
