"My reviews are always fair, honest, and precise. We ordered four meals, each including ice cream. The person who took our order asked if we wanted the ice cream right away or later, and three of us chose to have it later. After finishing our meals, I went to request our ice cream. First, they had lost our order. Then, after I showed them my receipt, they sent it to be prepared. After three trips to the counter, during which they forgot our order twice and even got it wrong once, we finally received our ice cream. Additionally, I should mention that our French fries were warm, not hot. The girl preparing the ice cream seemed incredibly frustrated and struggled to get it right. This experience was on a Sunday night around 8 PM, for reference."
