"Worst experience ever!!! Elevator got stuck the people from the front desk super rude every time I called since there was a girl inside the elevator having a panic attack, the fire department came and it took forever to get us out. On top of that, I paid for late check out (4 pm) and we went downstairs through the stair because the only elevator working was raking 25 minutes and nothing, and went we get back to the room after eating, at 1:15 pm, they have disabled our room keys so we couldn’t go inside the room, we called the number in the Wes site and no one help, therefore we needed to go back down to the lobby again through the stair, 20 floors, to get someone to help. We had the worst experience ever and I would make sure I’ll write a bad report everywhere I can"
