"Ordered an online order for CURBSIDE pickup. Went to pick up the order at time it was ready. I call to say I’m there, and was told I had to come inside. The guy then says “I’ll bring it out to you.” We get handed a bag of food and I proceed to leave. I get home and all the MAIN dishes are MISSING. I call back up there and the guy proceeds to say “I’m the cook- I told y’all to come inside, I don’t know what you ordered.” Well for one they have TICKETS they say what’s what. Secondly, you shouldn’t have a curbside pickup option if people aren’t checking food and running it out. What a huge inconvenience to have to waste gas and go back and forth!"
