"Came through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location this morning, and had the worst experience possible. The girl at the window whom was a portly white blonde woman with glasses was incredibly rude because she made a mistake and got my order incorrect. After that, I pulled off only to realize the biscuits from my sandwiches were as hard as rocks and entirely inedible. I called to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a woman who spoke garbled and unintelligibly, and offered me nothing other than a poorly articulated and insincere apology. Will never patronize a Tim Hortons again after having several bottom tier experiences with their employees."
