"This restaurant has been under new ownership since late 2022 and now offers Brazilian-style pizza. If you haven’t tried this type of pizza before, you definitely should! The sourdough crust is thin yet soft, and the sauce is rich in tomato flavor with the perfect amount of cheese. The toppings are quite different from typical American pizzas. We enjoyed ours topped with minced garlic and fresh arugula, which was added after baking and wilted slightly from the heat—absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to return and sample some of their other unique combinations, like hearts of palm with bacon."
