"The staff was very knowledgeable, and everything was just perfect! We began our meal with a fantastic chunky smoked lobster bisque. My wife's salmon entrée was delightful, and I ordered the steak au poivre. It had a fine dusting of pepper that wasn't too overpowering, which I really appreciated. The demi-glace sauce served on the side was outstanding! We enjoyed a bottle of Hyland Pinot, priced at $48. It had an earthy, musty aroma reminiscent of a damp rainforest floor, with a touch of fruitiness, and it paired wonderfully with our meal, especially for my palate. This lovely experience took place on Saturday at 3 PM."
