I inquired about their specials, and she kindly shared the options with me. I also asked about the new bathroom, and she provided a patient and friendly response. "This Pizza Hut was a fixture in our community for such a long time. As a child, this was where you wanted to go. After football games, birthday parties, etc.. The jukebox and salad bar, along with the glass overhead booth lights, made this place special. We took our family here the other night after my son's soccer game and had the best meal. Something about those hot pizzas coming out on wooden paddles just made it all the better. The lady managing was pulled in a hundred different directions but made sure we were well taken care of. We all remarked at how good the pizza was! We'll be back soon. One request, bring back the vintage feel. Add a salad bar jukebox."

"I just want to give a huge shoutout to the Florence Little Caesars!! I don?t know his name, but the guy with the glasses that takes the orders is the best customer service guy ever. And him and the cook have turned this restaurant around. A few years ago, I hated this one, but now I literally won?t go anywhere else. They make those pizzas FRESH. For $7, that stuffed crust pepperoni cannot be beaten. What even is dominos now. And he always has a smile on his face and is so nice. Seriously don?t get pizza anywhere else; they?ll take great care of you! Owner of this joint, give the two men working tonight a huge promotion cause they deserve it. "I ordered delivery from Domino's Pizza and one item was missing. When I called, they said it was out of stock but didn’t offer a refund or ask if I wanted a replacement. The two pizzas I ordered were inedible because the meat toppings were old and smelled terrible, which also ruined the rest of the food since everything was in the same bag. I've called multiple times to speak with a manager but haven’t had any luck. I even went there in person and was told only the manager can issue a refund, but he wasn’t available that day—and apparently, he’s rarely there! It’s been over a month with no response. I spent $85 including tax, delivery, and tip, but we couldn't eat any of the food. My 7-year-old tried a slice of cheese pizza but the smell was so bad he threw up. I’m not asking for a full refund since I understand delivery and tip cost, but I do think the manager should consider tipping the driver given the food was inedible. I would be satisfied with just a refund for the food items from the Domino's Pizza menu, please."

"I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza with garlic sauce, steak, bacon, and feta. When I received it, there was a large bubble in the middle causing the toppings to slide off. The staff quickly offered to remake it in a Brooklyn Style, assuring me it would be better. The manager explained that the issue was due to the combination of sauce and the regular dough. After a bit of a wait, the new pizza was ready and it was definitely worth it. They even let me keep both pizzas. The staff at this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations."

"The pizza is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered, and the workers are friendly when we do carry out. Really great deals all the time on the app, and sometimes in the store. We're able to get about 3 pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread for under $30. However, I'm giving 4 stars because every single time I order a buffalo pizza with ranch as the base, I get one of two things: no chicken, no ranch base, and no buffalo sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. Or I end up with no chicken and buffalo sauce. We do get a credit for the next order when we call and let them know, and the employees seem apologetic, but this has happened more than 7 times. We quit doing delivery when I order that specific pizza, and now strictly do pick up only. Every time we pick up the pizza we check them at the counter, and they have to remake the pizza. I won't insult the employees, because I get how stressful and busy food service is as a past food service worker myself. However, I feel they should read the orders better, or double check the order before baking. With that said, this is a great pizza place especially when you're on a budget. Use the app and ask for the daily deals if you call. The drivers have always been very friendly, so remember to give them a good tip!"

"Honestly, I’m very disappointed with this facility. They have large signs outside of the building saying how they want to “HIRE” people constantly re-new their hiring application on job sites but they refuse to call back. When I went for the interview, the hiring manager was not only late but really rude. We were supposed to be having an interview, when multiple workers continued to barge in during my interview interrupt the process. They couldn’t be honest with me about the hiring process I still haven’t heard back if I ever got the job or not, after saying they would let me know. They wanted to pay less for what they said they were paying people on the online app for delivery. I luckily was able to find a new better job that pays me three times the amount Dominoes claimed they were going to pay. This place is very unprofessional."

"this place has gone so downhill! a few times ago I have filed a command, they were 20 minutes too late on the command. Last time I went tonight, they wouldn't answer their handys to command one. tonight, I put an order for 3 people on the phone for pickup. the girl took the command and I had even repeated the command. She told me it would take 45 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and they could not find the order. the girl on the theke asked if it were under another name. I said no, and I repeated what he commanded. they saw through the computer and command all the others who were ready. She says I don't know who you talked to, but it's gonna take 30 minutes, that's okay, I said. No, it's not okay! I said it was done in 45 minutes, 45 minutes ago you can't find it and want me to wait 30 minutes? I said, break off the order they can't find has been going here for years!. but no longer! save yourself frustration and time and choose another location folks!"

"Seems like this place has really gone downhill in the ten years I 've been ordering from this location.Ive been ordering from here for ever, and the last two years they seem to have a really hard time finding me, even with explicit step by step directions. I havent had the correct phone num in my acct the last year ivebeen ordering and its not been an issue, because i tell them where to go and i stand out side. This time, Kylee, license plate kdt 040, drove right by us. I ran t my car and drove to the front of the park, and repeatedly honked at her, even dowm frontage rd, and she looked at me but kept driving. Common sense would tell you, that the pizza you couldnt deliver, was mine. Instead, she stayed on the phone while driving, ignored me, and kept going. I caught up to her, though if it was against policy, she didnt have to roll her window down and awcknowledge me, but she did. She said id have to go to the store anyways because it was cancelled. I rolled my eyes and flipped her off in annoyance. When i got to the store, i asked to speak to a mgr, so i told her what happened. The employee then stormed in saying i was ' insane and if i got my food she would walk out. ' This is when i was informed i 'wasnt supposed to chase them down ' but i dont remember that being against the law. I got my food, after a quick whispered conversation, in which i suspect the mgr told her to flip me off back lol, because she turned around (after it was taken care of and instead of leaving well enough alone decided to further instigate) and said 'i hope you treat your kids better ' (i had mentioned earlier them waiting for the food, asking if i was going to get the food or not), i said 'i do ' and thats it and she then flipped me off, in the store with an old couple sitting there eating. I can understand if i had kept going, but i hadnt. And in fact i was very calm compared to the employee storming in, declaring she would quit. When I went to place the order, I mentioned that I would be paying with cash upon delivery, but I was told that cash wasn't accepted. I was using the $6.99 special, and when I called to clarify, they informed me that payment by card is required for orders over $50 unless I come to pick it up myself.
