"Absolutely amazing food. I have only been a few times, and each time has been perfect. I have only gotten take out, never eaten inside. I have worked all over San Antonio and tried many different Mexican restaurants and drive thru’s. There’s a term I use to describe Mexican food, based on its quality and how it’s prepared, and that term I use is the word ‘sloppy’. (NOT the term I’d use for Las Barcas). Lots of Mexican restaurants have drive thru’s, and often times the meal is placed ‘sloppily’ into the Togo containers, no care for its preparation. Sloppy beans, sloppy layout in the Togo container. At Las Barcas however, the food was laid out beautifully in the container, and was clearly put together with love. It was a meal you could drive all the way home with and fully enjoy once you get there, and feel like it was prepared politely just for you. Beyond the great service and preparation, it tastes incredible. The steak fajita meat seems quality, not gross cheap meat. I got the beef fajita burrito con queso. Even the inside of the burrito was not ‘sloppy’. It was clearly made to order and I could not be happier. There was legitimate care put into the $20 I spent, and they’ve won me as repeat customer. Please don’t sleep on this place. Give them your business if you haven’t already! They’re sweet on the phone, they’re sweet in person! Go there!"

"**Service:** I've consistently received great service here. Once, when I forgot my wallet and phone, I was able to pay for my food by entering my memorized card information into their terminal, which was quite convenient. **App:** It’s worth noting that these delivery services usually take a hefty 30% commission for pickups—and even more for deliveries. As a result, menu prices are bumped up by around 30% to compensate, which I like to call the 'social anxiety tax.' **Cheeseburger:** I usually enjoy the toasted, slightly buttery bread, paired with a properly browned patty that showcases the Maillard reaction. The seasoning varies from lightly to moderately each time, and the fresh veggies really enhance the overall experience of a very solid cheeseburger. **Avocado Burger:** The amount of avocado here is generous, especially compared to other places. It’s a good burger. **Chipotle Burger:** This one packs a nice kick, making it an enjoyable choice. **Habanero Burger:** If you like heat, this spicy burger is definitely for you, bringing a satisfying kick. **Turkey Burger:** This is a good option too. **Seasoned Fries:** These fries are crispy and the seasoning ranges from lightly to moderately seasoned on different visits, but they’re tasty regardless. Portion sizes range from about 3.5 to 5 ounces. **Curly Fries:** These have a great texture and are lightly seasoned, also measuring around 3.5 to 5 ounces. **Ketchup:** It might seem trivial, but I appreciate that they offer ketchup without high fructose corn syrup. **Suggestions:** If you're ordering for pickup, try to find a third-party service that doesn’t take such a large cut."
