"I have never written a negative review for anything but I think I have to after having eaten here tonight. We hadn't been to Frank's in over 10 years and, before tonight, we remember it being of good quality. We wanted some good steaks tonight, so we went there.Well our experience was not really good at all. First, no one was available when we walked in to seat us. The bartender saw that we walked in and ignored us. There were only one or two other tables seated (it was only around 4pm when we got in there . One of us tried to find someone to seat us, and we did and then we were promptly seated in a completely empty section (which was fine .The waiter, who seemed most preoccupied in being attentive to the table of women who were there without men, really ignored us most of the time, other than the requisite initial drink and food orders. We had to flag him down two times by getting two other people to help us find him (for another drink one time, and to get the check the 2nd time . He never came over to ask how the food was after it came out (and mine was undercooked, but I learned years ago from people I know who work in restaurants that you NEVER return your food in even fancy places! Some members of the staff in a lot of places have a field day with your food when you do! .When we asked for the check, he never even asked if we wanted dessert (and we did! . He was way too preoccupied with the few female patrons at their tables (I believe there were 2 other seated tables .The food the garlic steak had little to no garlic taste. Same thing with the garlic spinach. Surprising, when they bill that the garlic is a big part of the meal. The food wasn't bad it just was uh and certainly not of the quality that warrants a $225.00 check for two people.Usually, we have a good experience at any restaurant we go to. We felt it was important to note this. It might just have been an off time and the waiter would probably have more success on dating apps than trying to flirt with the women in the place who aren't with men."

"my wife and I stopped eating on Tuesday night in this week. we were very kindly greeted by the staff, and our waiter was solicitous and efficient. we ordered a burger and shared him with something broccolini, a few glasses wein, and the suppe of the day that was tomaten with, I think was goat cheese. the burger was great, the broccolini good, and the tomaten soup was forgotten, taste more than someone just a few cento tomatenpaste, a bit water, maybe a little salt and pfeffer, and throw some goat cheese up. the wine selection by the glass was good, but no bargain. there was a promotion on beer, but it was pitcher, and an inconspicuous US mass market beer, so no interest there. the online next promotion was $12 burger and beer, but from some reason we seemed to have missed the point there - the materials they seemed to be delivering to emphasize the beer pitcher and not the $12 burger with it. we probably didn't understand. we paid something like $60 for a burger, a suppe and two glasses wein. that was very elevated to my view. I think we could have gone to mortons or after the capital grile and got less better food. Despite that, it was good, the place had a great ambiente, and the waiting staff and the management were very nice and appealing. it looks like a great place to be together with a friend or two for happy hour, the advantages of cheap appetizers and drinks."

"What sets The Upper Crust apart is its unique combination of being an upscale dining experience while maintaining a casual and cozy atmosphere. You really have to check out their extensive menu, which features a variety of homemade pizzas, pasta dishes, and delectable desserts. The staff are quick and efficient, particularly during the busy dinner rush. The portion sizes are generous enough for sharing, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a try—I certainly plan to return soon! Here's what we sampled during our visit: The appetizers were delightful, although I found the mac and cheese bites a bit lacking—they were tasty, but I was hoping for a cheesier experience. The nachos, on the other hand, were fantastic. They offer several varieties, but I suggest going with the classic option. We also ordered a side of broccoli that was well-seasoned. If you're looking to balance your meal, consider one of their salads. The highlight of our dining experience was definitely the dessert. I went for a cookie dough taco, and it was just as delicious as it sounds—warm cookie dough filled with ice cream, beautifully presented. I look forward to trying more of their offerings on my next visit! **Vegetarian options:** Salads, pastas, pizza, poke bowls **Kid-friendliness:** Kid’s menu available **Parking:** It can get busy, but you're likely to find a spot. **Wheelchair accessibility:** There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance. **Dietary restrictions:** Gluten-free and dairy-free options available."
