"We drove to Southside Bar and Grill to meet up with a coworker, and we really didn't know what to expect at all. The patio was cute, and I wish it had been a bit warmer, because we would've sat out there! The inside is decently divey (which is fine by us) but very clean and updated. They claim the coldest beer in town, and thanks to their chilled beer glasses, I believe it! They had some solid domestics on draft, and a few more options in bottles. We were pleasantly surprised by the food! It wasn't a fine dining experience by any means, but I had the grilled chicken wrap, and it was delicious. The fries came out very hot and crispy, which was perfect. My fiancé got the wet burrito, and the meat was super flavorful, plus the sheer amount of food he got was definitely not going to leave him hungry (he ended up taking half home). The waitress was helpful and attentive, and even put up with us sitting around and catching up while forgetting to look at the menu to see what we wanted to order Overall, if you're into dive bars, this is like, an upscale version, but without ruining the divey vibe."
