"I would have went to subway if I wanted food and service this awful. I ordered 1 sandwich, tipped $2, so it was around $16. There was no one in line ahead or behind me. And then i waited about 15min for my 1 sandwich to be made. They had to heat up my bread, which seemed to take most of the time... was it frozen or something? The bread was crunchy on the outside and flat and soggy inside, and there were a couple big pieces of fat mixed in with the chicken, just disgusting. After spitting out the 2nd piece I threw the rest away. I have been to the downtown location more times than I can count, but this location is terrible. I will never come back again and will tell anyone who asks never to eat here. Too bad because the car theme and decor was awesome and the employees were nice."

"You can have the most delicious meat in a sandwich, but if the bread isn't right, the whole thing falls apart. Brothers offers the best of everything, and everything is perfectly balanced. I was tempted to take away a star because I prefer a place where I can sit and eat, but the seating options in this small space are limited. However, the sandwich is so good that it deserves a full 5-star rating from me. As for sides, I tried the horseradish coleslaw yesterday, and it provided just the right kick I was looking for."

"Fresh and delicious! The roasted turkey and avocado sandwich is incredibly popular for a reason. I particularly enjoy the option of a hard sourdough roll, which comes with a nice mild white cheese. I've tried several of their salads and sandwiches, and everything has been great!"
