"Very disappointing customer service. When we arrived, we were told that our reservation wasn’t in their system. The manager, who was quite rude, informed us that we couldn't sit on the patio and offered us seating in the covered area. We asked if we could wait for a patio table, but the same rude and unprofessional manager said it would be almost impossible, as those tables were reserved for guests with reservations (which we had, and I provided proof). After waiting for some time, we decided to leave. Just as we were about to enter the elevator, the hostess came over and said she had managed to get us a table outside. Overall, the experience was poor. The food was decent, but the service was awful. We had to get up several times to ask for assistance. I do not recommend this place. The manager needs to be replaced!"
