"I can't give it a negative rating, so 1 star will have to suffice. I ordered food online and, despite having already paid for it, when I went to pick it up they told me they haven't had online ordering for a few months. I was shocked and asked about my payment, and they just said it was on my card. I checked, and it wasn't there. They wouldn't let me ask any further questions and even yelled at me when I tried to call back to place an order over the phone. With no other options available, I was forced to pay another $20 to them to get something to eat. The manager didn't attempt to resolve the issue, even though she recognized that we had ordered and paid. She insisted the money was still on my card, yet claimed they couldn't access the ordering system. If that was the case, why did she act like she understood what had happened with my payment? When I asked who I could talk to regarding my money, she simply replied, "I don't know!" I will NEVER go back there and will warn everyone I know about my terrible experience at Beto's Mexican Food Restaurant."
