"Very disappointed with costumer service. I went there at 9:45 p.m. to pick up an online order and what found was a girl that works there to be impolite. She asked me to confirm the order before I take it, like I was going to steel it from her hands. I told her that I'm going to confirm it but she needs to be more polite with costumers when requesting something from them. She showed me a paper on the wall saying this is boss's policy and I can talk to him. The irony is when I entered the restaurant 20 mins earlier to pickup another order no one was there. I spent some time in the restaurant then took my order since no one was at the front. I didn't want to waste more time waiting. Also, a few nights ago the restaurant was closed, and the order for me was left outside and I took it from there. No one was there to tell me anything about that. I respect their policy but you need to be consistent with what you do, and not just one day you follow your rules but another you don't.I told her that I will leave bad review and talk to her boss. She didn't look like she cared much. I was at this place many time, and didn't have any issues before, but some employees need coaching about costumer service."
