"Tortas Bionicos nice ! I love a good torta: so filling and inviting. I 've been looking for my local torta spot and I 've found it here. The inside is very fun; very colorful with a fun mural of the nice torta crab guy. Don 't be intimidated by the Spanish menus, it 's time to practice your Espanol and if you need help, the friendly staff lives up to its name. The food itself is delicious and generous for a great value. But here 's the thing the salsas are the real stand outs. The salsa bar lets you mix and match: I love the most spicy and the least spicy kinds. The different salsas you use on your torta changes the complexity and flavor profile and they 're all good. I can see myself bringing my whole family. My mother in law would love the menudo, my brother would love the birria, and my little nephew would enjoy the quesadilla.
