First of all, the manager, who is usually present, was incredibly rude and unprofessional regarding the issue I faced. My order was incorrect due to the server misunderstanding a simple request. I was really let down by their reaction; every restaurant should maintain a professional and calm demeanor, regardless of any disturbances from other customers. That shouldn't have affected my experience! It's simply unacceptable to accuse a customer and argue over a $13 meal. If the server admitted that he didn't hear me correctly, they should have just remade the dish without any fuss. Unfortunately, I'll be heading to El Patron from now on, even if it means traveling an extra 30 minutes for better service!"
