"The service at this Popeyes was extremely slow, with frequent inventory issues and poor customer service. If you don’t mind waiting an hour for average food, this might work for you, but prepare for some frustration. Even when the line is short, expect at least a 30-minute wait. During my visit, after placing and paying for my order, I was told several items were unavailable. I chose not to complain because the staff, mostly young and seemingly idle, didn’t appear to be managing things well. There’s a clear lack of leadership and proper customer service training here. I recommend trying a different Popeyes location or, better yet, choosing a different restaurant altogether."
