"THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF GIVE U AWFUL FOOD!!!!My mom ordered us dinner here last night and when we got home we only had HALF OUR FOOD. We called back to tell them and the first person we spoke to was sweet and apologetic but transferred us to THE MANAGER who said “Well, just split it.” And hung up on my mom!! The food we did get was awful, the eggrolls were greasy with no meat, just cabbage. The one cup of sweet and sour sauce was as thin as water and tasted like SOAP! The chicken was soggy from a ton of mixed veggies being mixed in for some reason? ?And the rice was just white rice, the only thing that was bearable but we had to split it. We spent almost $34 dollars here to receive HALF our order, trash service, and awful food. Don’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. You WILL be sure to regret it."

"This restaurant is a quiet and charming little spot. Despite the fact that the Christmas tree is still up and there are lights, I personally love Christmas so it didn't bother me. They have a variety of sushi options available. Although I had never tried sushi before, my daughter loves California rolls and I found the restaurant to be quite charming when I picked up our takeout order. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which is why I plan on returning in the future."

"This was my first time coming to this Japanese cuisine. I checked the reviews and they were promising. That is definitely not the case here. The atmosphere is very lacking but seating is cozy. I did get my food pretty quick which was concerning for thepork katsu I ordered. I took 3 bites and sent it back before I thought about taking pictures. The meat was gray. The waitressdid take the item off my check but told me the meat was delivered yesterday. I don’t think so.. the flavor and moisture wasnot present at all. My friend had a spicy tuna roll and I laughed soon as I saw it! They put panko bread crumbs into the spicytuna mix to stretch it out. Tbh very smart move! You can’t taste the panko but you can definitely see it. (Pictureattached) I won’t be coming back to this establishment but you get what you pay for. Cheap prices if you’re looking for aquick fix or mediocre sushi."

"I don 't even know where to begin. The service is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, I can name a couple employees, but out of respect for the spelling of their name, I won 't butcher it. They are ALL amazing, I 've had a SUPER positive experience with everyone in there. The food is absolutely amazing and 100% consistent, prices are not the cheapest but far from expensive, and have very large portions. I truly gorge myself getting 1 sushi roll and a hibachi meal. The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is always 100% clean. It is absolutely insane that I say Peniku and occasionally people don 't know the place instantly, this place deserves to be a staple in MO dining. Absolutely phenomenal place to eat and spend your time. And Barbie is amazing :P"
