"The new management is likely to lead to the downfall of this restaurant, as both food quality and service have noticeably deteriorated. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and really enjoyed it here, but after experiencing three consecutive mistakes and then being refused a refund unless I returned the food (which I personally wouldn’t have minded, but I know it's against all back-of-house standards due to cross-contamination risks), that was the last straw for me. I have no idea who is now in charge, but it's clear they are not the right fit. Additionally, the back-of-house violations are unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1"
