"Third time's definitely not the charm. I cannot recommend ordering through the delivery service. Over the last three orders, the restaurant has consistently missed items, or we've received items that clearly belonged to someone else's order. After discussing the issue with management, their only solution was for me to contact the delivery service for a credit or to come into the restaurant in person to pick up the missing items. The restaurant seems unwilling to acknowledge that there are issues with their quality checks. The items we receive don't match what's on the receipts. It seems like a straightforward task for an employee to ensure that all orders are correct before they go out. I understand that the restaurant relies on a third-party vendor for orders, but the delivery driver isn't the one preparing the order and packing them for delivery."
