"Almost always need to come to Din Tai Fung when in LA. We went Saturday morning around 11am and only waited 10min. So definitely recommend coming early to beat the line. For appetizers we got sweet pork ribs, seaweed tofu salad, and the tofu noodles salad. Definitely liked the tofu noodle salad the best. The pork ribs seemed a tad too sweet for me. For the soup dumplings, we got the pork and truffle mix dumplings, and the crab and pork mix dumplings. I liked the pork/truffle mix dumplings a lot, and didn?t really like the crab/pork mix. I should just stick to the plain pork soup dumplings or the pork/truffles mix next time! We got vegan mushroom buns those were pretty yummy. Also ordered sautéed garlic spinach was a bit too oily. Nevertheless, will probably come back again and again since I do really like their soup dumplings. Just wish they would expand to other cities outside of California!"
