"Great place and nice owner, in my experience at least. There was a single instance where we were missing an item from our online order. However, he was very apologetic and understanding when I called, prepared us the missing item, and even refunded our order as a show of good faith.The food is very good. One of our favorites is actually the beyond burger. The fries and jalapeño poppers are also very good. Highly recommend The Grill Effect."
