"Overall, my experience was quite disappointing. Even by the standards of Chinese food takeout, it was subpar. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this was surprising. The Mongolian beef had tough, chewy pieces of meat that didn’t resemble traditional Mongolian beef in either appearance or flavor. It was excessively greasy, almost swimming in oil. The vegetables were heavy and limp, likely due to age or the grease. I managed to eat three bites before I decided to throw away about $11 worth of food, not including the tip I gave before realizing the quality. While the cashier was polite while taking my order, she was on her phone making a personal call as she handed me my meal. She didn’t respond when I asked for chopsticks or acknowledge my “thank you, good night.” That struck me as rather rude."
