"This place is so fantastic that we ended up dining here twice during our visit from Australia. I highly recommend making a reservation or at least getting on the waitlist, as it tends to get quite busy.
For the must-try dishes, I recommend the breakfast plate, Yang's set meal, and the mochi pancake. The chicken served with both the breakfast plate and set meal is topped with chimichurri, which truly elevates the dish. On our first visit, the chicken was perfectly cooked—tender and juicy. However, on our second visit, it was cooked a bit longer, resulting in more char and a bit less juiciness. If they could maintain that consistency, it would definitely earn a five-star rating.
The hashbrown is absolutely amazing, but unfortunately, you can't order it on its own. The mochi pancake is by far the best pancake I've ever had; I'd choose it over regular pancakes any day of the week.
I was a bit unsure about the chilled tofu and the coffee, but I can't fault the service. The staff were polite and very accommodating. I would love it if they opened a location in Australia! We will definitely return as soon as we're back in the US."
