"I spent over $95 on dinner for four people. I picked up the order and brought it home, only to discover that we received the completely wrong meal. I had ordered a family size portion of sesame chicken, but instead we were given General Tso's chicken. Not only was it the wrong meal, but it also did not taste good – it had a very artificial flavor. I called the restaurant and asked for a refund because my family cannot eat spicy food, but they were unwilling to refund my card. Eventually, they provided us with the correct food. I was told that their sauces are pre-made and simply poured over the meat, so there should not have been a problem with the taste. The appetizers and sushi we ordered were delicious, so I decided not to ask for a full refund. The customer service was terrible and the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude when I mentioned the mix-up. I am disappointed that this happened at this restaurant, but unfortunately we will not be returning."
