"This place sucks. For a place who's name is famous for being all over, this is the worst teriyaki place I've ever been to. I walked in and thought it was strange midday on a Saturday they had zero cutomers. But I ordered to go, a basic T1. Teriyaki usually takes about 7-8 minutes, ordered, cooked, plated and out. I was there AT LEAST 20 MIN! Just kept thinking what the f* is going on (they have a curtain up so you can't see the cook) and KNEW my meal would be way overcooked. FINALLY got my food. First off, they put the COLD salad in the same to-go carton as the HOT teriyaki. I've never seen this! I get it home, 6 min away, and my salad is hot and the chicken is cold, AND like a brick overcooked. There's a hundred teriyaki places go somewhere else."
