"The food was delicious; however, we were charged an 18% gratuity for five people, despite the service not being very welcoming. The steak was overcooked and tough, even though we requested it to be medium well. I had heard so many positive reviews about this place, but my experience was disappointing. I felt like I was bothering the staff by being there, except for one friendly lady with gray hair. I hope for a better experience next time, but I won’t be returning anytime soon."
