"Wow! This restaurant really needs to educate themselves about service dogs. My 14-year-old child was treated poorly during a visit yesterday. A staff member informed my child that they couldn’t bring the service dog inside, despite the dog wearing the proper harness, which should have made it clear. This service dog is a highly trained animal from EENP, valued at over $20,000. The man continued to pressure my child throughout their time there while they waited for their mother to return. He had access to a phone and computer, which would have allowed him to look up the laws regarding service dogs in restaurants in under five minutes, but he chose not to. I will never return to this establishment again. To the rude individual who made my child feel uncomfortable while trying to patronize your restaurant, I suggest you take a moment to educate yourself about service animals. You should be ashamed."
