"I love this restaurant more than most other restaurants around. But lately the management has been over seating the restaurant for the amount of employees they have and it is not fair. You can’t put two waitresses covering an ENTIRE restaurant while also being their own bartenders. Garcias almost always has 10/10 quality control on cocktails and food, but you can’t maintain that when you put too many people in a restaurant for your employees to serve. They’re only people, not Gods. When we went in last our poor server was running around like a mad woman while being treated poorly by customers because she couldn’t keep up. Most likely being tipped poorly on top. We didn’t get drinks for 25 minutes and it was not her fault. Not fair. I will keep coming back to Garcias because it’s my fav but yall STOP over seating your staff! People can wait or go somewhere else! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1"
