"As someone who owns parents of Persian restaurants and other facilities growing up on the east coast, I know good Persian food and great costume service. So to say that neither really existed for me, since I had eaten here for the first time, is an understatement. For example, their floors are always dirty, they use Christmas time bread liners in summer and their furniture are so old that if you try to move the chair, you can feel a slim sticky film on the wood. But unfortunately there are no great sit-down alternatives near us and so we were regular costumes of this restaurant. And regularly my three children just ask to go there and we commit ourselves at least weekly if we want to eat. And we also go there on any other occasion, there are like birthdays and if not able to dinate, we also take out food. Now I know that my children are not angels, but they are little and playful, and we do our best to keep them well behaved and usually go there only on days and times when there are literally only us or just a handful of people. But yesterday we had a very busy day so we couldn't go until evening. When we drove past, I saw that they stopped their disco lights and excited for my children to see this part of the restaurant. My husband went in front of us and although more packed than they were, PLENTY was removable from seats. The lady realized he was there and looked like she was giving him a place. As soon as I came in with my three girls, the tables and the extremely rude lady who is always there came forward and said: Do you have a reservation? We said no and she's turned around and said we're just sitting on Saturday's reservations, so we can't sit down! Now I find it very hard to believe that she could not easily fit us into the many empty seats that were there, and there was literally no one waiting to take place, so it was clear that this time she just didn't want to deal with my children. She didn't even offer to get us out. Needless to say, we will NIE go back there and they lost very good customers. We then took our business to another facility where they were extremely cordial for our girls and even gifted them with beautiful toys at the end of dinner so good for them. Make yourself a favor and do 't step foot in a place where not only the food is not big but keep up!"

"This might be the first time I’ve had Persian food! It’s similar to Mediterranean food, but has its own set of distinct qualities. We ordered the Chicken Kabob, the Beef/Chicken Kobideh, and finished with a serving of Saffron Ice Cream.I loved the flavor of the Chicken Kabob. My wife didn’t like it as much, but I thought it was great. She was a bigger fan of the Chicken Kobideh, which had more added flavors and seasoning. The Beef Kobideh was pretty good too!If you’ve never had Kobideh (like me), then I would describe it as an upscale Dyno Nugget. It’s chicken or beef that has been pulverized, then mixed together with seasoning and cooked. It’s not bad, really. Not my favorite, but I can see why people would like it.Our dessert, the Saffron Ice Cream, was something you had to get used to. During my first bite, I thought I was eating the smell of an old woman’s home, but in ice cream form. I don’t know how else to describe that taste. It got better the more I ate it, but I would probably never order it again. It’s an acquired taste for the American palette, and one that I obviously haven’t acquired yet.All in all, if you like trying new cuisines, you should definitely give this place a try. I’d come back for that chicken kabob, or to try something new on the menu when I’m feeling adventurous.Parking: The parking lot is very small and a bit oddly shaped, making it difficult to find an open stall even if the restaurant is only half-full."
