"Wow, I can't believe I didn't stop by here sooner. The food is fantastic! I rated the atmosphere 4 out of 5 stars only because of a few issues with the air conditioning. Ludwig, who guided us outside and kindly explained the menu items that were available, provided such smooth service. His excellent attention made all the difference and was the main reason we decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad we did—the pupusas were delicious! I will definitely be coming back. Bravo, La Brasa! BRAVO!"

"The food at Fandango is really good. I love it, but every time I call and place my order the person taking the order messes it up. I've had to return my food from a pickup three times, which means I had to come back after getting home because something was wrong. The third time it happened I even repeated everything I needed like three times and knowing that something might be wrong, the people never read it back properly. They're always distracted, etc. The service is fine when we go into the restaurant but they definitely need to give some customer service skills to whomever is answering the phone."

"The waitstaff is very friendly, but the atmosphere felt uncomfortably quiet without any music playing. I noticed some homeless individuals coming in from the street, which added to the odd vibe. The pupusas were enjoyable, but I wouldn't recommend the seafood soup; the seafood seemed old and had an unpleasantly strong fishy taste. Additionally, the fajitas lacked flavor and were served with only three small tortillas. Perhaps knowing what to order could enhance the experience."
